Multi page document printing to multiple tray in one print job
Hi everyone I am looking for a solution to accommodate multi page printing to different trays/paper through a single print job using a Xerox Work Center 4265 set up as network printer using PCL 6 drivers. Basically we want to print a document, at least 4 pages, where the 1st page goes to tray 1 then second page to tray 2 then all the rest back to tray 1.

How to stop Xerographic Adjustments are in Progress dialogue ?
I've searched but cannot believe this isn't already on here.
Using Xerox WorkCentre 7845 PCL6 driver, every time we print there is a red dialogue box which looks like an error saying 'Xerographic adjustments are in progress'. This is followed a few seconds later by green Printing completed.
The red dialogue box is obviously alarming for users, so we need to stop this. Google reckons this is configurable in driver settings, but I cannot see anything for this.
Notifcation options are
completed jobs - enabled
failed, cancelled or Altered jobs - enabled
We would want to know about failed/cancelled jobs, so is there another setting to avoid this 'non-error' dialogue ??

Windows 10 driver for M128
I have a workcentre pro 128 - which still has a lot of life left in it.....
But MS decided to upgrade my machine to Windows 10 - and now the printer wont work.
I have found drivers that will allow me to print in A4 - but I need A3.
Any thoughts on which driver may work for me?
ATM I am using USB - but need to upgrade to Ethernet.

Phaser 7500 printing color different on new driver?
Hello,
I have my Phaser 7500 for over seven months now. I am using Corel Draw X5, and color printing work quite well.
Few days ago, we relocated to a new office, and I made a 'mistake' to reinstall a new driver. I believe it is a new one as the interface is quite different than before. When we print our old files from CorelDraw x5, those colors (eg. gold in CYMK) are quite different now. Is there a way to fix this?
I have tried to export the file to PDF, and Let Printer determine colors (Adobe Reader), but it won't help. One strange thing is that when I use CorelFusion (PDF) to print it, the color back to what I expected, but this is not my permanent solution as Corel Fusion offer very few other options.
I did a re-install on Window (8.1 x64), and Corel Draw (x5) too, but still can't fix this problem.
Can anyone tell me what should I look for?

ColorQube 8580 Wireless Network
Hello,
Our office just bought a Xerox ColorQube 8580 printer. We run on a wireless network and our other printers are already connected wirelessly. In the Startup Printout page it says 802.1x: DISABLED ... How can I enable the printer to connect to our wireless network? I could not find the setting anywhere. Are you required to buy an accessory or something??

7830 Print Error "Smart card service required to print"
We have a 7830 WorkCentre that is failing to print and displaying an error (on the PC) "A smart card service is required to print." This occurs in Word, Adobe, etc. and doesn't appear to be program specific. I re-installed the driver yesterday (They had PS but I switched to PCL-6), and everything began working fine until today when we are getting the same error. Accounting is not enabled on the device at all, nor does it even appear to be an option in the Advanced properties setting of the driver (nor would it have been enabled), so I'm at a loss for why we are getting this error.
Sometimes it will allow me to print a test page, and other times it will freeze up and then show this error. Any thoughts? Also, the printer icon will appear and disappear from the tray randomly. Could it be that the PC is intermittently losing contact with the printer, and when this happens, her print job is being directed to some other device which would produce this error?

No Custom Paper Size on Xerox WorkCentre 6605DN
I've got a Xerox WorkCentre 6605DN MFP and installed the V4 PS driver through Xerox Print Driver Installer (App version: 6.159.10.0 Driver version: 6.159.8.5) in a Windows 10 x64 machine.
However I can see no option to setup a custom page size when printing. On "Print Settings - Printing Options - Paper - Other Size", there's no related option neither in "Fit to New Paper Size" nor in "Change Document Size".
How should I set custom paper size?

Phaser 6020/Wifi

Just bought my first Xerox and I have a massive problem.
Whenever I try to print a document with an embedded picture via Wifi it doesn't get printed. Just the empty frame. Freakishly with the background from under the picture. When I print via USB, no such problem occurs.
Even when I convert the document into a PDF first and print that PDF, the picture (which is visible in the PDF) get's removed.
Another problem is that apperently there is no colour sync via Wifi. All colours look way off (far too dark) if not printed via USB.
Any solution?
I use Mac OS X 10.11.4 El Captain, Apple Pages and the latest printer driver.

Pdf printing/tray problem
Dear Xerox
Sometimes after I try to print a pdf file from tray 5(bypass) I get an error message telling me to put paper in tray 1(or 3) or that the paper in tray 1(or 3) is not of the same size as the one that I specified on the computer(which makes sense because im trying to print from tray 5). This happens after i specify the properties on the computer and i put the paper in tray 5(the machine is a versant 80 by the way). This error is shown both in the command workstation and the machine screen. Now I could move the paper to tray 1(or 3) but I feel like I should give the orders to the machine not the other way around (plus then I have to move the paper I removed back in place). So far this happens randomly restart or praying dosn't solve the issue so any help or suggestion will be a appreciated.

Auto Emulation 3260
Anybody know what Auto emulation means in the general settings for the 3260? I set it to Auto and printed out something that needs EPSON emulation and it didn't translate, I manually changed auto to Epson and it worked fine. I am not sure of the AUTO feature but would sure like it to work since I use postscript and epson.

WC7855 scaling problem with Excel 2016 for Mac
Hi,
I have an issue when I print to our WC7855 from Excel 2016 for Mac and set the scaling to fit to one landscape A3 page.The Excel sheet is scaled but to about half the page, rather than filing the page. This only happens to our WC7855's (built in controller) when I test it to our C60 with Fiery connected it prints as expected. As a test I setup a printer using the C60 ppd with our WC7855 and this also printed fine but obviously some features are now missing but the scaling works. My guess is there's an issue between the new version of Excel and the WC7855 ppd but not sure where to start looking? (This currently works using the same setup but with Excel 2011)
Details of our current setup are as follows:
WC7855 running firmware: 072.010.004.09100
Macs running: OSX 10.10.5
Xerox Printer Driver version: 3.68.0
Excel 2016 version: 15.20
Any assistance on this would be much appreciated.

Special Pages - Office Printing
Have 3rd party software that is generating a single page PDF.
Customer is replacing multi-part forms - so wants one white, one yellow.
Can do pre-collated, but significant premium over standard bond paper.
In the WorkCentre print driver:
- I can ask for 2 copies.
- I can staple them together.
- I can set page 1 and page 2 exceptions - so that page 1 comes out of drawer 3 and page 2 out of drawer 4, holding white and yellow paper, respectively.
But I can't get it to execute.
Both pages comes out of drawer 3.
Not sure if there's a way to automate a workflow using PDF where, the single page PDF runs through a preliminary cycle to make it a 2 page document and then is routed to the defaulted Xerox print driver, pre configured to execute the job as expected.
Any thoughts?

Color C75 Press Stapling Problem
Hi! I have a 40 sheet, 8.5 x 11 job I am printing. I want to have the machine put 2 staples on the left of the sheets (about a half-inch in from the edge), to make it into a booklet. For reasons I won't go into here, we can't do this on 11x 17 and make into a folded booklet with 2 saddle-stitches. Every time I try to print this, I get an error message that it can't put staples there with the paper orientation the way it is (8.5 x 11 LEF). If I change the paper to SEF, the staples would be on the 8.5" side. I need them on the 11" side. The icon that shows when I choose 2 staples on left looks exactly like what I want, but the machine won't do it.
Any suggestions?

Color Access Group setting in GPD PCL6 V3.7.469.9.0 (5469.900.0.0) crash
Hi all.
Probably this is more like a bug report, but maybe anyone has a workaround...
I had two versions of GPD installed on my print servers - 5347.6 and latest 5469.9.
If I enable Color Access Group setting (Administration tab) in any print queue with newest driver (5469) and enter any group in Group field - then later opening this print queue's properties will always crash Print Management. The only way to get rid of setting is to delete the queue in question.

With older driver version (5347.6) this does not happen, all settings work fine. Tested on a couple of another servers and on my workstation. Windows 2008r2, Windows 2012r2, Windows 7 x64 - on all of them crash was reproducible and unavoidable while using latest driver

Printing PDF from Linux Zorin/Ubuntu Error
Hello All, I've a client that has almost all computers with Linux Zorin and a few with Ubuntu. I've installed seven Phaser 3320 with USB connection, was a demand from de client. They are printing directly from the browser pdf's that are generated from an online medical application, times to times it gives a error and starts to print pages with a few chars and only stops if i turn it off. I've started with the proprietary driver and other xerox printers old and new , generic drivers and it stills has the same behavior. I know that adobe reader no longer supports Linux but i install it anyway and made some tests and the behavior is the same with Adobe reader or other PDF reader software available for Linux. Does anyone had a similar problem? I've no more ideias... Thanks...

WorkCentre 7855 doesn't work
I upgraded the firmware 072.040.004.09100 to 073.040.075.34540 by using the automatic upgrade. The machine seem normal but all trays is disappear and the printer can't print anything and show the fault code 16-560-00. I've tried to install the munual firmware upgrade and the problem is still the same. Please help!!!!

Xerox 7800 print problem
Hi, our Phaser 7800 has suddenly started outputting a faint white stripe along the page (not across the print left to right) A cymk test page shows it only on the yellow, not cyan magenta or black. The line is about 5mm wide, slight faded edges to it. Looks about 50% yellow so not white as such.
Some info: about 2 years old, just 33,000 colour impressions, 1,000 black impressions, all original replaceable parts still at approx 75% life from new, never replaced (except toner of course).
