Hi,
I have a problem on the C7020 when launching prints jobs. The driver spooler is empty on the machine but the treatment timeon the MFD's very slow. To print 10 pages it takes more than 2min (pdf, docs, jpeg ...).
I've updated the latest firmware version, the latest version driver;I tested on windows 7 and 10. but without result.
any help plz,what should I do then !!! ??

I recently upgraded some computers to Windows 10 from Windows 7 and now they can't print to our Xerox Workcentre M35. I've used the drivers that came with Windows 10 along with trying other drivers from the Xerox website with no luck.
When I send the print job the computer says it arrived at the printer. The printer says processing then it gets deleted from the printer. It doesn't get moved to the completed queue and doesn't show any more error messages. I have verified there's paper in all of the trays and the paper settings configured correctly. I can print to it with our other Windows 7 computers, just not Windows 10. Has anyone else experienced this and found a remedy?
Hi all, I cant seem to find an answer to my question, we have a C405 printer and have it configured to print certian stock from the bypass tray. When it prints from this tray it pull the paper through the printer and then to the output bin but when it gets to about 80% of the page to the output bin it pulls the paper back in and then actually prints the image then proceeds to output the paper fully then on to the next page and it does the same.
Is this intended functionality or have I misconfigured something?
I'd like to setup the printer for the "Wi-Fi Direct" mode on a phaser 3260, where it is not part of the shared/local wifi network, but only a point to point connection between the windows10 laptop and the printer. This is to avoid allowing other users on a shared wifi to have access to the printer.
The printer admin page has a Wi-Fi Direct setup page that I have enabled. I'm not sure what all the setting mean and how to then access this printer in this mode from the laptop. Currently the printer is installed as a wifi printer on my laptop, but I'd like set it up for a more direct mode where I can move the printer to another location/wifi network without issue.

The Xerox 6605 remains "offline" on the print server, even after replacing the drivers and reinstalling the printer many times. a second printer of the same model also remains offline. Is there soem configuration on the Printer that would allow it to synchronise and register with the printer server?

Testing out a brand new Phaser 6510 using the pre-installed toner. Printing blacks results in spotted appearance, mostly in the center of the page. Is this something I can fix/adjust or will it need to be replaced/serviced? Printing on 32lb color laser gloss paper.
I need to print 500 birthday cards with 500 different unique addresses. They are all in a 1000 page pdf. Page one is the front of the card with a unique addess (address 1). Page two is the saying inside the card. Page three is the front of the card with a unique address (address 2). Page four s the saying inside the card, and so on and so fourth.
I have a creo and a fiery, so would be happy with instructoins for either one. Any way that I can submit this file so that it prints the front, and then the back and then folds? Or is there any other way to make 500 cards with 500 unique addresses.

When the users that part of the colour group tried to print from the Microsoft APPS [photo, Microsoft Edge, PDF Viewer, ETC,, ) on WIN10 that using the Microsoft basic print properties the print output comes as B/w even after they select color . ( see the screenshot attachments ) 3
the rest of the others program likes ( Word , excel ,pdf adobe reader ,ETC ,,) on WIN10 using the xerox print Driverproperties are working with no issue( see the screenshot attachments) 4

I have the following situation then printing on my DC252 with Fiery stand alone controller.
Copies BW and CLR - OK
all inner pages
procon ON/OFF, erreurs, maxsetup, printing patterns - OK
prints BW- OK
All color prints (in all formats and applications) come out with Yellow backgrond (apprx 30 pcs) on all printable area.
Fiery calibration gives OK massage even on the pattern pages with yellow background.
Modifiing color profiles, rendering intents, NVM initialisation, and restoring factory values on FIery and printer did not worked out.
This is my back up machine which was immobilised for one year and I just restored the Fiery with factory CDs

My trouble is with Xerox 5325 device.
Who can explain me how can I install this device in Windows 10 x64?
I install it like with Windows 7 X64, but only difference here is I use Windows 10 X64 drivers.
The problem is only with excel files, I can't print excel files...
All other format docuents I print successfully.
In Windows 7 X64 I don't have this problem.
The Xerox 5325 is in the network, and the PC with Windows 10 x64 is in network.
I tried PS drivers, PCL6 drivers and V4 GLOBLAL XEROX PCL6 drivers.
But the result is the same.
The error message is sommething like tray 5 is empty tray 2 is near to empty and so and so.
But I know the our tray must be tray 1....
I changed settings in excel page layout, size, A4 landscape...
I chaged settings in xerox 5325 pereferences from latter to A4 and to automatic tray.
I disabled Banner.
And I uncheck in propertities snmp.
I added new Xerox 5325 to Windows 10 x64 from settings devices, add printers, local network printer, I create new tcp/ip port with IP address of Xerox successfully 3 times with 3 different drivers, PS drivers, PCL6 drivers and V4 GLOBLAL XEROX PCL6 drivers but nothing is changed.....
I did the xerox 5325 default printer.
I restarted the PC.

Our regional and language settings in control panel of Windows is our country.
Is it there role of driver version to download?
By default I download with language English North America?
Can my problem related whit this option?
I installed the PullPrintApp from Xerox website and put in mt xerox MFP. It asks me for document URL and username, password etc. However, no matter what document URL i entered in the url box, it keeps giving me status of 0, There is a problem accessing the server? Anybody has a good file url so that the pullprintapp can work?

I have a WorkCentre 4250/4260 and I have run into a serious problem I am not able to fix. When I make copies through the feeder, the copy comes out much bigger than the original document. I have tried adjusting everything that has to do with size and it just does not go back to copying like normal. Can someone please help????!!!!!

I have a WorkCentre 7556. The drums for this unit keep failing prematurely. I get the dots printed every 3 inches on every drum at various times. When I swap the drums to new slots the color of the dots change, indicating the drum is the problem. After going through 5 drums so far I cant understand why this keeps happening. Is this a common failure for Xerox drums or is there another component in the printer causing these drums to fail prematurely. For information purposes, none of the drums with the dot discrepancies were any where near the end of their life cycle. The printer has 60,000 prints on it. As a matter of fact, I had to replace a brand new drum today after only 500 prints that I installed yesterday.
Any help or insight as to why the drums keep failing with these dots would be appreciated.

My Xerox WorkCentre 7525 has persistent black smudges that we can't figure out how to get rid of. We did try printing blank pages to try to remove them. They have persisted for about two weeks and have only gotten darker, not lighter. They are about 3.5 inches apart
Just purchased and set up our WorkCentre 3345 that I bought directly from Xerox. Right out of the box, I am getting toner marks all down the left of every print. There is no pattern at all, looks like toner is just dropping on the left hand side at random. I am not sure what I should be checking, since everything is brand new.
