Can anyone advise how to configure a monochrome only printer linked to this device? We've had constant problems with the driver not reverting back to B&W (xerox black and white conversion) after colour printing and the colour printing bill is too high. The driver provided for these devices seems to conveniently play into the hands of the leasing company in terms of colour printing charges.

Xerox WC 7845 gets stuck preprocessing every job
I have a Xerox WC 7845 that gets stuck preprocessing every job. It will clear the top priority job after a reboot but then everything else gets stuck preprocessing. Have tried printing from Server and PC. Tried PCL6, PS, and Global Print Drivers.

faded 2 sided copies
The back page of my 2 sided copy is faded. I have cleaned and replaced all drums, did a software reset and calibration and it is still the same.

Configure Xerox Phaser 4622 on IBM iSeries (AS400)
Hello, we have our IBM AS/400 setup with the WSCO now, but when I setup a Device Description with "XRX46XX" and go into wrkwtr to start the writer, I get a message that "XRX46XX isn't found in the library XTOOLS0923". Am I actually supposed to designate the WorkStation Custom Object as "XRX4622" instead?
I'm trying to avoid using costly IPDS emulation software with our Xerox printers.

Wi-fi adapter not being recognized
My versalink c400 printer and wi-fi adapter were working together without any problems then one day the printer just stopped recognizing that the wi-fi adapter was plugged in. After I initially installed the adapter I didn't even touch the adapter, after days of it not working I tried taking it out and reinstalling it and now it's feels like it's just sitting in the hole and not actually connecting with it's female counterpart. Has anyone else had this problem or know what I need to do to fix it? There's no where in my office to just plug it directly into my router or I would just do that, my router is on the opposite side of the house and on a different floor so it'd be hard to find a cord long enough to reach.

Printing without Manual Front Panel - WHEN?
When will Xerox release a Phaser 6510 printer that is at least as "smart" as the circa 2000 Ricoh it replaced? Specifically, when will it be able to print a non-default paper size from the bypass tray without requiring a walk to the printer to press "OK" or to go deep into menus to change the paper size to the size the application is telling it to print? I regularly have to print a small job that uses 3 different sizes of paper that I place in the bypass tray. It doesn't matter that MS Word has the proper size paper identified in page setup, that the proper size and tray is selected from the print dialog for the Phaser 6510. The print will not occur unless for each different sized paper I walk to the printer and select to change the bypass tray paper size (which I already did in the print dialog) or select "OK" to ignore the paper size I had set in the front-panel menu for the bypass tray as the "default" (most frequently used in that tray). This is totally stupid. The idea of a networked printer is so that the printer can be used from a location on the network that may not be in physical proximity to the source of the print job. Yet Xerox provides no way through their driver or even the 6510's built-in web service to be able to say, "yeah, there is a different sized paper in your bypas tray - print". I have to get up, go to the machine, press a bunch of buttons, go back to the workstation, bring up the next doc, go through the print dialogs, walk to the printer, press more buttons, go back to the workstation, bring up the third job in the series, go through the print dialoags, walk to the printer, press more buttons in order to get the printouts.
With the old Ricoh, all I had to do was load the printer, select the tray and print, no walking back and forth to press front-panel buttons. C'mon Xerox, its the 21st century! Why don't I have FULL CONTROL OF MY PRINTER FROM MY WORKSTATION?

Xerox Phaser 6110: smudgy horizontal lines
Hello,
I have this persistent issue where wavy horizontal lines are present on all my prints. Otherwise the printing quality is satisfactory. I hadn't used the printer for many years, it was storaged properly (no dust). It's basically brand new. Also I don't remember having this issue back when I used to use this printer. I replaced all 4 toner cartridges but the problem persists.
The lines are sometimes like a raibow, other times they're black or yellow. Any ideas about what I can do to fix this? Thanks in advance, I have attached a photo (https://i.imgur.com/pz46n2Q.jpg).

Xerox 7830 latest firmware update prevents USB printing
Our Xerox workcentre 7830 has just been updated to the latest firmware updated from 72 to ConnectKey 73 and now won't print from USB it comes up with a message "user permissions restrict printing this job" basically I have jpeg on a usb and it now won't print.. where as before update NO PROBLEMS whatsoever! Help!!

Cyan toner on prints
Good day. I completely changes out the 2nd assembly however we are still getting cyan toner on our pri tshirt.
Was told was the assembly needed changing we did that but still there's a tiny of cyan on the prints

5 beeps when trying to print
Trying to print to a workcentre 5335 via network and just hearing 5 quick beeps at the copier and receiving an error occured message in window print queue on my computer. I can't find what the beep code means. Does anyone know what is going Thee xerox printer driver seems to have installed fine and I can see the printer on the network and printer setup of windows?

Print Quality
I am having trouble getting my C505 to print high quality photos. I own a custom jewelry business in which I put images into a piece of jewelry.
Originally I ordered my prints from a print shop using their Xerox Docucolor C60 - PERFECT prints! I would save them as a PDF and order the prints through their website.
I wanted to be able to save the trip and print from home, so I purchased the Phaser 6022. Not nearly the quality I got from the print shop but doable. Here, I had to save as a TIFF to get the best results.
I recently decided to invest into my business and purchased the Versalink C505, specificaly for it's ability to print high quality and great color (according to the salesperson). However, the quality I have been getting is worse than what the Phaser gave me. I have tried several file types and haven't had any luck. I have tried printing a full size image and still find it to be very pixelated and not sharp at all.
I have googled/youtubed/called Xerox, and just have not found the right help. I have not changed anything as far as how I create my designs. I have a feeling I am just not using the proper settings for the printer. I am hoping I didn't just purchase a paper weight. I feel like a $2k printer should give me better quality than I am getting. The lines are just not sharp. And images are super pixelated. I have attached a photo of my image on the computer vs. the image the VL C505 produces.
Also, I have no idea what the tiny yellow dots are on my printed photos...
So when all is said and done... my final product ends up looking like this... Horrible. I have had to go back to ordering prints until I can get this matter resolved. Someone please help!

error message won't resolve and is effecting printing
We keep getting the error "03-410 Tray 1 is not configured with the proper media resources for the current job. User intervention is required to resolve the media resource conflict. Printing has stopped, all other services(if installed) are unaffected." On the printer it says the paper in tray one does not match the drivers. Everything is set to 8.5x11 for size. And no one has messed with the settings. When I called tech support the rep advised us to update the firmware but the update won't go through becuase of this error. I've tried adjusting the paper tray size to a different size and back and we tried unplugging the machine over the weekend but nothing gets rid of the error. It will sometimes still print with the error but not always. Please help!

Bypass tray won't recognize loaded custom paper
Hello,
I am printing from Excel to a custom size page (3.5" x 14"), cardstock, through the bypass tray.
I can set up these setting in the printer properties, but the job won't print.
And the print page, which shows a sample of what the print job will look like, looks correct at first, then the print job sends, looks like it will work, but fails, then defaults back to letter size paper.
This used to work - but has stopped recently.

Can't connect to WiFi - it did work before

Suddenly my Phaser 3052 dissappear from my local network and I can't get it back there. USB connection works fine but when try Easy Wireless Setup it can't connect. It says that security settings doesn't match but they do. Look at the screenshots:
Of course I tried different settings on both router and printer without any success. I've also tried to connect with WiFi Direct from Android phone - it found printer but couldn't connect.
Any suggestion how can I debug this issue? Maybe there are some detailed logs that are generated during setup?

Printer Offline
We have has an sbs2008 dell server running a printer server for some time now with no issues.
We just got a new Dell server with server2016 on it.
While the old server is up and running, I am trying to migrate everything over to the new one, starting with the printers.
When I install the Global Print Drivers PS for the 3635mpf's and Color Qube printers, I begin to have issues printing to the printers from the new server, yet the old one stays working fine.
I am getting a printer offline error randomly on the printers. When everyone is home for the night, the printers are working fine, all online and prints test pages. As soon as people begin to show up in the morning, the printers on the new server begin to show offline. Not all at the same time, and not always the same printer, very strange.
I have tried the work around of dissabling the SNMP which "does" bring the printer to online status....but then I am not able to print to it even though it shows online. The print errors out after some time.
SO...
Are these printers to old and drivers not working correctly on a new Server2016x64? The xerox site directs to the GPD PS drivers which seem to be the same for 7,8,10, etc.
Can soneone help me out in this issue? Its been driving me craszy for a week now and I have no clue what is wrong.
The old server has the same printers installed and all with SNMP enabled and works fine.
The new server has them installed too and has nothing but problems.
If I cant get peple to even print off this new server, I got no hopes of every decomissioning the old one.

Printer driver for Phaser 6200B for Windows 7 x64 ???
How can I connnect my Phaser 6200B printer to my Windows 7 x64 laptop, which has only USB ports, no parallel? I have tried the generic drivers and drivers for other Phaser variants without success.
