My Phaser 6500 starts up normally and then after a few seconds flashes "Laser Error...Error 061-370...Restart Printer". I have restarted the printer numerous times but the error keeps reoccurring. I have removed the imaging assembly and cleaned the lenses but that has not helped.
Are there any troubleshooting steps I can try? The printer is less than a year old.

phaser 6280 quit printing ps
suddenly my phaser 6280 won't print 628PS0; just says error on PC. phaser pretends it didn't get the print job. works fine as 6280N, just says toner low, but prints. turned off bi-directional communication for PS, rebooted everything. no joy. please help!

Global Postcript driver has issues with Wiindows 10 - 1709 - Microsoft Edge
After upgraded to Windows 10 - 1709, I couldn't print from Edge with Global Postcript driver 5469.900 and 5548.800.
It gave error: An exptected error occurred in the print driver. Close the current driver window and retry the operation. 045:000:0513.
This error only occurred on Microsoft Edge.
Other applications were printing fine.

PHaser 7500 Solid line only going through Magenta and Black
Hello,
I am working on a Phaser 7500 and currently it prints fine on all of the colors except for Magenta and Black. On the magenta when looking at the page in landcape there is a white line that goes across the top part of the page about an inch or two from the top. The same thing occurs with the black, however the black is a thinner line and occurs slightly closer to the top. I have replaced all of the imaging units as well as the fuser. I also have cleaned the LED head assemblies as well with the pull tabs as indicated by the instructions on the support site.
This is stumping me, because i have replaced just about every part i can think of that would cause this.
Can i get any insights?
Also i can provide pictures if needed as well when i print the solid color pages (it's where it shows up the clearest)

Xerox WorkCentre 3225 RDP - Print wont work - 2012R2 Windows to Windows 7 32 bit
Greetings,
First time posting and honestly first time experience with Xerox printers.
Basically I've just added drivers to Windows 2012 R2 server and I can see printer being redirected
but as soon I try printing it throws me an error saying "Error printing".
Basically I have downloaded same drivers form Your websitte and added 32 and 64 bit drivers to my VM and sadly no prevail.
Saw some threads about Xerox not really working with RDP and that I should enable bi-direct printing but I'm unable to see those settings.

Currently logged in user via RPD ( 2012 R2 user ) has no printing rights on that printer and I can't change them
So far he has one HP and one Canon printers which work perfectly.
Any help is welcome

Phaser 7800 GX tray 1 bypass won’t print
Hi, The print job gets sent over, I have the correct paper size and weight set in both the print setup and printer. There is also a small stack of paper in the tray 1 bypass, just under the MAX line.
From here, the printer does not recognize the paper. I get either a “Resources Required” or a “Paper Jam” from the Tray 1 bypass unit.
Mac OS 10.8.5
Any ideas?

Phaser 6600 say there is a Jam at Tray 1 even at startup when no paper is in there. Do the rollers need to be replaced?

Trigger offset stack or paper feed with data stream?
Using FFPS & XC1000i or DocuPrint 135 I want to trigger an offset stack or paper feed from a ppml data stream.
I'm printing and mailing bills.
Each recipient gets several bills but not the same amount.
10 bills go to 1 Main St
then 39 bills go to 3 School St
and so on.
Is there a way to define when the address changes and trigger an offset stack or a paper feed?
Possibly by adding a value to the mailing list when the address changes?
Currently when the bills are printed a person has to finger thru the stack to find the address change so they can fulfill the mailing.

Xerox D125 Printer FFPS PCL6

We have printer Xerox D125 Printer FFPS PCL6 and printing from ghostscript based application. Now we are in need of print PDF documents in different trays. But when we print it goes to default tray always. Even we tried to create copy of same printer in client machine and tried to set default settings. But Ghostscript application not considering it. Please help on this issue.

ColorQube 8900 - AirPrint problem
Hi,
a CQ8900 with firmware 072.161.077.15201 and network controller 072.167.15201 has a lot of difficulties with AirPrint. The machine and the iPhones are all in the same network, we have already tried to reboot them together with the router but it doesn't appear as an AriPrint printer in the print dialog. Also with different iPhones but no way to make it work. Are there any known issues about it? What we can do? We have also tried to disable and then enable again AirPrint functionality but with no success. Is there something else we could check?

Phaser 6115 MFP Duplex problem
I was once pretty adept at working on laser printers, but it has been a lot of years since I had to trouble shoot one.
I have a Phaser 6115 which, despite being old, has a really low page count. I recently moved it in to my home office to get some use out of it, and it works great for office color.
However, when I try to duplex print, I get a perfect accordion fold after it goes through the duplex unit. I have scrubbed all the rubber rollers, and I can't find any broken gears within the duplex unit itself. I'm kind of not leaning toward a broken gear tooth, as the paper folds in the same spot every time.
I did recently tear it down and clean the three solenoids because they were sticking. I didn't put any tape or felt back on the solnoids (it's pretty clickey now, but it feeds paper). Could this be a solenoid problem? There is very little information about this machine on the Web, so I hope someone can assist with this.

How to setup IPP on VersaLink c405
Hi,
I am trying to set up IPP on a VersaLink printer, so I can print remotely from a Windows10 pc, and am having problems. I have not done this before, so I would really appreciate any advice.
I have set up a DDNS service and reserved the printer's IP on the router, and setup port forwarding so I can access the printers web service from anywhere. I can log in remotely as admin without problems (and yes, I have changed the default password!)
All the IPP settings are default, so everything except TBCP filter is enabled, and the ports are 631, 80 and 443 and the IPv4 hostname for the printer is 'XC-xxxxxx' and DDNS hostname is 'xxxxxxx.ddns.net'
When I try to connect to the printer in Windows, I go to Add Printers and Scanners, click Add and click 'The printer that I want isn't listed'. This brings up the Add Printer dialog, and this is as far as I can get. What do I use for the printer name - I've tried 'https://xxxxxxxx.ddns.net:443/printers/XC-xxxxxx/.printer' and various combinations but nothing will connect.
If I go to 'Add printer using a hostname or TCP/IP address', I type in the hostname xxxxxx.ddns.net (which fills the port name box in with the same string) and attempts to detect the port, or I can add the port after the hostname, but either way I get a dialog with 'the device is not found on the network'. Can anyone tell me what the correct settings are please?

Phaser 6700dn - Color Registration Failed
We have a Xerox Phaser 6700dn that is having issues with color alignment. There should be a picture in this message. There are halos around some of the text. It seems to only effect the left side of the page. I have had this issue in the past with a different printer and was not able to resolve it despite replacing imaging units, toner, transfer belts..etc. Going through the troubleshooting steps on the printer it asks you to do "color registration", however, everytime I try I get a "color registration has failed, please try again", error. Xerox phone support was also not able to identify the cause of the issue. I am not sure what else to try after the failed color registration and was hoping someone here has been able to fix this issue in the past. Thanks!

8570 seems to use a lot of ink
Hi,
My 8570DN seems to use a lot of ink.
I use regular very white paper for my full colour fliers, does paper type help ?
Is there somewhere I can reduce the amount used. I see some other printers have this.
Also can the 8570 use the ink for 8900 ? Looks the same but much cheaper.

Phaser 3330 printing - only prints half the job
I have recently purchased a Phaser 3330. It has a habit of only printing half of the pages and then reporting a printed error:

Phaser 6250 tweaking help
I have 2 Phaser 6250 mprinters and they have been great.
Recently both have either started to print gray instead of black or have a Rego jam. Just before the jam there is a loader than normal whirring noise.
This is very rqandom but I would like to tweak the machines so we are back to normal.
Seems like commercial printer techs do not want to take a look as they say it is a Xerox and older than they now do.
I have extra Imagers, Fusers, Toners etc so have a lot of money invested in them and their accessories.
What suggestions can I get to help me.

WC5875 print jobs get stuck on paused the only way to get the jobs to print is to restart the device.
It has the latest SPAR Software version

Workcentre 6505N Printing Issues
When printing to the Workcentre 6505N the printer will stop in the middle of a printing job and tell me to "Load Tray 1" when the tray is already full of paper. Then if I open and close the tray it starts printing from the beginning of the job.
