xerox phaser 6280 printing blanks

I just installed a xerox phaser 6280 fresh out the box and the plug and play worked with instalation.Everytime i try to print a test page or one from notebook and all pages come out blank .i removed the main orange stoppers before printing but not sure if the paper is making contact with inks?? .please notify ASAP thank you

Print is very light

When I print a black print from it is comes dark at top side and light at bottom side.....

Problem printing envelops in Mac OS X 10.10 (Yosemite)
I've never been able to print a No 10 envelop from tray 5 on my WC 7830. I've got driver 3.41 on my Mac and the machine acknowledges the envelop as installed in the tray by sending print jobs from Word and Pages produces a wrong size paper message.

No Cyan Printing
We have a Xerox DC250 that has been printing very nicely. We had a tech come and replace the Cyan dev unit (dispenser or ROS maybe) and can't get the cyan to print at all.
He put the old dev unit in and still not printing cyan.
Changed the toner to a new Xerox toner cartridge.
Replaced the drum cartridge with a new one.
When printing the calibration chart the cyan prints. A standard print or copy of cyan produces a near blank sheet with a very very light smear of cyan that is barely visible.
Tested to see if the dev unit is working and is definately rotating and there is enough developer in the dev unit (or dispenser or ROS some may call it).
Have replaced the motor and now out of options.
Anyone have any idea on what it could be please?

Color Qube 8570 will not print black and white print out because it wants color cartridge
Dear Xerox,
We have a ColorQube 8570 and the message box on the printer says it needs a yellow cartridge but it also says I can still print out something as long as it is black and white. The light to the left of the message box on the printer is red.
When I try to send the printer a black and white image to print, nothing happens.
I have set the image to black and white both in the software I am using and have specificed a black and white print out in the Xerox Color Qube Printer options.
Can you help me find a way to make the printer create a black and white image without needing a yellow cartridge to be installed?

WorkCentre 6605 Print Quality - Smudges/Bands on sides
Hi All,
We are issues with Xerox Workcenter 6605 print quality. It leaves faint but clearly visible smudges on the left side of paper. Smudges are in black and other colours. See snapshot below.
I've read this thread http://forum.support.xerox.com/t5/Printing/WorkCentre-6505-Print-Quality-Black-Smudges-Bands/td-p/21883.
We replaced imaging unit but still it didn't solve the problem. I can't find any tuts on how to clean anything for 6605.
We are having this issue for almost over a year now.
Xerox technical support wouldn't help which is obvious as they want to make money to fix a broken printer. They just sent £366.00 quote to fix this problem. It's better to buy a new printer than go for servicing.
Does anyone know how to fix this issue if it can be fixed from our side?

Phaser 7100 Errors
This printer occasionally asks to be shut down and restarted, and then eventually locks-up and does this as soon as the printer is turned on.
Resetting this printer works, but the problem keeps coming back.
Now print batches of more than 25 sheets fails.
Any ideas?

Color Qube 8570 will not power up past 15% warmup
Had to do a restart on CC8570 - power down and back up. The printer will not advance past the 15% warm-up point. Also, the buttons are not working either. Any suggestions.

2-up or 4-up printing - Doesn't work.
Envirionment: We have a Workcentre 7345 with drivers distributed from a 2012 print server. I have tried the most recent versions of the Global Print Driver in both PCL 6 and Postscript. Our clients are Windows 7 X32 and X64. I also tried this from an Windows 8.1 x64 machine for testing purposes.
Problem: We can't use 4 up printing. You can go into the driver and click the 4-up button. The preview shows what you expect to get, which is 4 copies of your document on the same page. When it prints, it prints only one copy of the page in the upper left corner (the appropriate size for 4-up printing) and leaves the rest of the page blank. I tried doing a simple 2-up as well and it did the same thing, except that the one copy it printed was positioned and sized correctly for 2-up. It's like the automatic resizing is being done, but reproducing the document for other positions on the page isn't. It doesn't seem to matter whether the documents are test or images, color or black and white, the result is the same.
I also tried making my original document size smaller than 1/4 of a letter size page accounting for margins. I then made sure the properties in the xerox driver were set for a letter size page before selecting 4-up. This didn't work either.
Any help would be appreciated. We do A LOT of 4-up printing so this is a very significant problem for us.

Entire page prints as solid blue
Xerox 8560DN. Host is Apple running Mavericks.
Printing works fine in every instance except for the following:
I'm printing a 15 page contract that was signed and scanned by a customer. Viewing it in Preview or Adobe Acrbat Pro, every page
renders properly. Printing the ducument results in 6 or 7 pages being printed as solid navy blue.
Loading the pdf into Acrobat and saving as an 'optimized' pdf file results in a pdf fle that does print properly.
This seems to point the finger at the Postscript implementation in the printer.

7845 filigrant printing in duplex
Hello everybody;
I want to print my invoices with preprinted company's logo (jpeg file) on the front and the "sales conditions/contract" (jpeg or pdf file) on the verso pages /ein duplex/. In the printing options of the driver I found how to configure it on the frond side but I cant' figure out how to configure two images in duplex. thank a lot in advance

6280DN Streaking
I just swapped my magenta and cyan in the past 30 days with High capacity official Xerox cartridges and am seeing some strange pattern of horizontal cyan squiggles. I have to admit, they're a little hard to see in this picture. I measured the squiggles and they're 1.125 inches approximately on center. They cover the entire page.
If this is an issue with the toner cartridge, is it a defect in the cartridge or did I somehow manage to install the magenta (and yellow and black) succesfully and made some horrific mistake with the cyan ?
When I send a print job and specify Xerox black and white, the cyan snakes do not appear.

Problem with paper size errors with Workcentre 3045 NI - when printing
Hallo,
I have a problem with my WorkCentre 3045NI with the paper size which makes me mad. I want to use piper size A4.
Each time when I try to print a Microsoft Word doccument the printer shows error on the display :
No suitable paper 024-963
Latter 8,5x11 ; Plane
Each time I have to push OK or CANCEL the printing
You can be sure that I:
1. Set the paper size and piper type in "Tray settings" , "Main tray" as A4 - 210x297
2. Set the paper size from "Page layout" menu from MS Word as A4
3. Set the paper size from the "Printer properties " from "Print menu" as A4
4. Made a new "Saved settings" where the paper size is again A4
5. I even tried other version of MS Word
Each time the error is the same.
The problem NOT exist on other computers ! I tried - there everything there is OK!
The problem NOT exist on the most of the PDF printed files.
First time I have I problem like this.
Can You Help me! Thank you in advance !

Phaser 6600 paper jam issue
I have a 6600 that I have barely used. If memory serves, it has less that 5000 pages through it and it is a year and a half old, so I don't think it's a wear and tear issue or bad rollers or dusty anything.
Now however, I can't even get the menu to work, as it boots up and says to "open the bypass tray, tray 1, and rear cover" because there is a paper jam. When it jammed, the paper did not even feed into the machine. It was not torn or ripped so there are not small "pieces" inside either. I have searched inside the thing over and over and there is NO paper jam. Right after it happened, I did all of that, and the machine rebooted and printed the startup page from tray 1. Then as soon as I used paper in the bypass tray, it "jammed" again, even though there is no paper in the machine at all. Now it NEVER boots up with the startup page and the menu is unresponsive. To say this is frustrating would be an understatement. The tray and the bypass are set to US LTR, as is the software (Adobe Illustrator), so after reading some of the other posts, I do not believe that is the issue.
I would appreciate anyones suggestions. Thank you in advance for your help.
