I´m looking for a multifunction color laser printer, which is able to print photos in good quality.
So I´m interested in the WorkCentre 6027, which looks good from the spec site.
Is there an option to get printed samples from this printer?

We are out of Cyan toner, but I just want to print in black and white. Can I force the C405 to print in B&W without replacing the Cyan toner?
I use this printer from a Mac with no issues
When printing from Windows (any application) the printer always adds extra space to the margins. For example if I set 1.5CM all round in MS Word, the print preview looks fine. The final print will have margins of around 2.5 - 3cm when printed though.
I have downloaded latest driver(s) from Xerox - both PS and PCL. No change.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Machine lost the network connection; i.e. no led on the network cable, does not ping, no web page access, not appear on driver.
We did altboot, replaced SD card, EEPROM, RAM. No change.
Any suggesion? Could I solve it with Putty?

I am trying to install Synergix Print System 510dp drivers on Windows 7 but it's giving me driver not found error while i am using FreeFlow_Accxess_Drivers_V14_0_4\Drivers\HPGL2\32Bit\500\ENU drivers for this.
It would be great if someone can give me drivers for Windows 7 and guide me how to install it.

I am beyond frustrated!
I keep getting an error message to pull out the paper tray and clear the back of paper.
No paper is there, but when I can print, the paper doesnt feed properly or at all.
Please someone give me any suggestions.
No repair service anywhere to be found, and one place the guy asked me whats xerox?

have a phaser 7800 with about 25,000 pages on it. The OEM Cyan cartridge went from full to 50% to empty in a matter of 700 or so prints, all of which were black, red and yellow text at about 1% coverage. when i pulled the cartridge out it still has plenty of toner left, i have shaken it, verified the gear turns freely and reinstalled.
the printer makes a loud clicking noise for about 15 seconds before showing the cartridge is empty. i swapped the cyan cartridge in from my other 7800 that was about 80% full and it shows empty as well clicks loudly too. Any suggestions on what to check or try before attempting to locate a service tech?

I installed the 101.003.069.17810 upgrade a couple weeks ago and I noticed in the last week that the users go to printer to retrieve their jobs to find the display to be non-responsive. I turn the main switch off, wait a few seconds then turn it back on, then the printer is back to normal. 48 hours later, same thing occurs.
I'm assuming there's a bug somewhere with the last software update. Has anyone else encountered this? This is the first time I've ever encountered issues with the printer.
Any insight would be most helpful.

Brand new printer that I took out of the box an hour ago.
PCL and PS drivers installed.
USB connection is recognized. O/S recognizes new USB source when printer is turned on, and identifies it. And when I watch the "Printers" window in Control Panel as I turn the machine in, I can see both the PCL and PS drivers change from "Offline" to "Ready".
Printer can print its own samples. It printed out the configuration settings, and the schematic for the LCD menu without a problem

I try to print one page from the PDF manual, and absolutely nothing happens. Tried using both PCL and PS. And when I go to Control Panel/Printers there is no job waiting. No job appears in the separate window that I bring up.for either driver

UPDATE: I had the thought that maybe the CD had some sort of built-in block to printing it out. So I went to my trusty WordPerfect (that I have been using for over 20 years) to print out one page of a document. It not only didn't print, but it crashed. It crashes ever so often but this time it sent up a reporting tool that I didn't even recognize because it had never happened before. And worse, now when I try to reopen WordPerfect, it won't reopen. As soon as it starts to load, and the Icon appear in the task bar, it stops and disappears.

UPDATE TO THE UPDATE: I managed to get Word Perfect to open again by resetting my default printer back to my old Lexmark. But again, I tried to print, this time trying the PS driver instead of the PCL. Again it crashed. I could reopen because it wasn't a default. But as things stand, I can't print out of Word Perfect.
So I thought okay, let's try printing out of Notepad. You can't get more basic than that, right? I typed "test" - one word. Chose PCL driver. Click print. Error message "The handle invalid" which I have never seen before. But at least Notepad didn't crash. So I tried again with the PS driver. "The handle is invalid".

UPDATE: Tech support person #3 tells me that XP is not supported.
UPDATE: A nice lady in customer relations tells me it is, and to d/l the drivers online (which from a drop down menu I didnt see DO list XP supported). I downloaded both the PCL and PS and they both crash lke before.
Now I'm trying the generic driver.
Downloaded Generic PCL driver file wont even open.
FINAL UPDATE
Finally got it working because a wonderful fellow at Xerox broke the rules not to support XP and helped me find a driver that would work. I'm still not quite sure what happened. All the drivers shown online state "XP" in the "Description" drop down list of operating systems. The PCL6 didn't work. The PS didn't work. And the generic driver files wouldn't even open to install.
Then we tried all sorts of drivers listed on my computer.Then I think we tried the PCL5 and that worked.
But man, this was after six hours.
This ordeal takes me back to when I first got a computer in 1995 and had to spend hours with tech support to install things. Really Xerox????

After updating Windows 10 64bit Pro to version 1903 build 18362.267 this morning (I've had prior builds of 1903 for awhile now), several people in my office including myself are now getting a pop-up window form Microsoft that is looking for you to sign in or create an account. I've attached a screenshot. I found a related post on Microsoft's forum from clear back in May, but the Microsoft agent suggested they come here for a solution as it seems to be specifically tied to Xerox machines.
The Windows update installed "Office" as an additional app beyond the full suite that we all have, and it is clearly related as the icon on the taskbar for the pop-up matches the app. I have uninstalled it multiple times, with reboots, and it stays uninstalled until the moment I try to print to the 7970, at which point it quickly auto-reinstalls itself, and then pops that window open again. The pop-up occurs about the same time as the Xerox pop-up for entering an accounting code.
I have tried printing to a Xerox 3325 that I also have here, and that does not trigger the Office pop-up.
The Xerox driver I'm using for the 7970 is the Xerox WorkCenter 7970 PS.
I am hoping for a method to stop the Office pop-up, and am aware that it seems odd to ask this here, but it does seem to be somehow tied to the Xerox, as I have had the same thing happen while printing a PDF in Adobe.

Want to buy the VERY best laser printer for #10 envelopes: what is Xerox's most flawless envelope printer (feeder). Optimally, a straight-feed, if Xerox has one, where envelope passes straight through to the output tray. We have owned both a cheap Xerox 4500 and a more expensive Xerox 7700...the 4500 did much better with envelope printing! (Those printers were burned up with our office in the Santa Rosa fires in late 2017; we now need new printers.) Our output per month is in batches of 200 and we print about 700 to 1,000 envelopes per month. A dedicated color envelope machine is OK if that is the best machine; but we would then also need to buy a color printer for paper printing. Past envelope printing problems were (1) crinkled envelopes and (2) periodic (often) jamming. We would prefer an envelope feeder of greater than 50 capacity for greater feed reliability and convenience. Thank you for your time.
I have a 2 page Word document. Page 1 is in portrait, and page 2 is in landscape. The document prints correctly but on 2 pages and I would prefer 1 page via duplex. I am using the V4 driver if that makes a difference. (of course I can flip manually and print 1 page at a time but wanted to ask if anyone else had a fix for mixed orientation.)
We have the C8030 and I have updated all the settings to allow print form USB but the problem is that when a USB is inserted into the port nothing happens. The device is not detected and I receive no error. The flash drive is formated to FAT, which I believe is a requirement.
The security is set to enable all ports and enable print from USB.
Ive no idea what to try from here.
We have CenterWare Web v6.0.7 install on windows server 2016. A recent update was installed (KB4486129) which is .net framework 4.8. After install the Xerox Scheduler service (XnSchedulerService) crashes and can not reload. At that point CentreWare Web does not work and the web page loads with an error. We unstalled .net framework 4.8 (KB4486129) which fixed the issue and CentreWare Web worked again. Are there any plans for CentreWare Web to be updated to work with .net framework 4.8 installed? or should this update be blocked

Hello. I'm programming a website that needs to print a pdf or Word document. Through code I can create the pdf or Word document, get its Post Script file, and send it to the printer to print it. The printer is set with Secure Print.
- Equipment: Xerox WorkCentre 7556.
- Here's the problem: When I send the Post Script file to the printer, it bypasses the Secure Print and prints directly, it doesn't stay in queue like it should.
-Question: Is there some rule or rules I can add to the Post Script file so when the printer receives it knows to hold it as Secure Print? For example, to the Post Script file add a rule that tells the printer to hold it, and another rule with the username so the printer puts it in queue under Secure Print. In other words if there is some entry I can add to the Post Script file so when the printer reads it it knows to hold it in Secure Print.
In case is relevant, I'm using C#.

WPSA-100 Firmware is at the latest level. Cannot enable AirPrint, just blocks me from being able to click the enable box on WPSA-100. Connected to WC7556(which doesn't natively support AirPrint, however, the WPSA-100 is supposed to allow this machine to support it).
