Can the FS200 print on an index tab?
I can program where the divider may be placed within a document but am missing the option to print on the divider.

Setup for restricted color copy & printing
Greetings; We have a C-405, and as originally set up it had unrestricted B&W copy/printing, and restricted color copy/printing via a password. This is a very small user group and network - two workstations. At some point a change was made, do not know what or how, and while a password is still required in order to process a color print job, the C405 only prints in B&W with no error messages. A service call was made to the vendor, and after a few days of them working on it , the issue was resolved. Didn't last, we are now back to all B&W printing.
I have admin access to the printer and web browser, but I cannot get it configured to do what it once did - password for color printing/copy. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Xerox Work Centre 7830 Bands on printouts
Hello
We have a Xerox Work Centre 7830 (not 7830i) wherby in the past couple of days we have a 1cm Cyan coloured band appearing at the top of the page, if we photocopy in black and white, the colour of the band is grey.
Up until this morning when I used the drum cleaning pull out we also had a large 1" band running verticaly down the middle of each page (see below images).
Any suggestions for cleaning or replacing any parts appreciated.

Installing printer driver cycles - does not install
I add a printer - create a new port - standard TCP/IP Port - enter IP address - uncheck Query printer ... - Select Have Disk - ( I downloaded the latest Windows 10 64 bit driver from Xerox Web site - unzip) - Select - fxezui.inf - Select Xerox 6204 Wide Format - Next - accept Printer name - Next - installing printer - allow app to make changes to your device - Yes - installing printer - ....... it now cycles back to Printer name,
I have tried installing printer as a local admin on the PC and a domain admin on the PC - same cycling occurrs - redownloaded drivers - same cycling. Please advise.

manual selection of paper trays
I've just installed this VersaLink B400 that two users will be sharing over the network. One user will always be printing 3 copies from tray #1 and the other user will always be printing 2 copies from tray #2.
I printed a test page successfully from tray #1 which was the default tray. Then, I successfully printed from tray #1 by selecting it manually.Next, I wanted to print from tray #2. Like tray #1, I selected Print, opened the properties, changed from automatic to tray 2 then select print. I get the following error message:

Can I print on unprinted gloss white froma commercial digital printer
Hi,
If I get 10,000 Gloss DLs printed by a commercial printer can I then use the 8570 to print on the white other side?
I need different messages at different times on the secong side.
If not, is it because of the 'hard' toner or is the paper unprintable by consumer printers?

Google Cloud print offline
Was able to successfuly register the printer with google cloud print but when I go to my printer list the printer always shows offline. It shows this mode even when the printer is awake.

error code 03-410 Tray 1 paper mis-match
We recently purchased a xerox workcentre 3345 and it keeps coming up with error code 03-410 whenever we want to print a pdf. I have tried shutting the printer off and back on and deleting the jobs in the memory but we still get the same error code coming up when printing pdf's

20 sheet max on scoring
I have submitted a file with 72 pages stock- 80#, 2 sided, scored, Horizon Colorworks is bindery system.
Getting an error "20 sheet maximum when sent to Universal tray", I have tried top tray but it bypasses scoring.
Is there a way to run entire file without breaking it up into sheet less than 20?

Phaser 6250 DP wrong paper and jams and black is gray
Hi,
My 6250 is prining okay but teh colors are really washed out. I have a new fuser, Imager etc and new full toners.
Black prints gray so I guess this maybe the problem.

Paper Registration: Trailing Edge
Hello,
New to the community and need a little help. Machine is running great in terms of production. We're anywhere from 15,000-18,000 sheets a day out of it! My understanding of these machines is that when an image is layed on to paper, it uses the inboard and leading edge as the registration? Because we cut our own paper, the sizing can vary around an 1/8 in on a daily basis. This presents a problem because when we are cutting and assembling our paper we use the trailing edge as the registration point, so it needs to be the same every time. Since the paper has a varience in size, the trailing edge margin changes and messes up our assembly process. Is there a way that I could get the printer to register off of the trailing edge so it has the same margin every single time? If any one needs pictures to see what I am talking about, I would be happy to upload some.

Toner too heavy Phaser 6130
When printing large areas or Bar Codes, the toner is so heavy that it flakes off. This didn't happen on the Windows 7 machine with the Xerox drivers. Although Xerox says that the drivers are included in Windows 10, their booklet "MS Windows 8.x and 10 compatability with Xerox Equipment" says that there is no Windows 10 support with this model. Can I use the Windows 7 drivers? Is there a way to "dial back" the amount of toner that is deposited? Regular printed documents are fine (except the Virginia tax returns that have a large black barcode on the top).

xerox phaser 6510 gray printing steamed print
I've been having trouble with printing any kind of paper besides plain paper. I've tried lightweight card stock and labels, but print is really bad it looks like steamed and gray lines and i tried using the differents setting on the menu but nothing seens to work it is a brand new machine.

Problems printing double sided on Xerox Phaser 7500
This printer is new and we are having problems printing double sided from an Excel 2010 spreadsheet. It doesn't seem to matter what setting I change in Excel or in the the printer settings it will only print single sided. The help manual is not very helpful at all!

Lines in prints on CMY
Hi guys please check out the pic
I ran a drum test dont' knwo why I'm getting lines in print, all drums new except for Cyan, that is being changed in two days wehn it arrives. The developer unit is new in yellow , boght a magenta but it was defective so waiting on the magenta and cyan replacements to come in.
Just don't knwo why this is happened and very prevalent in our darker colour prints, espectially photos
