Am back to square 1 - the printer puts itself to sleep and needs to be restarted to be able to print something.
I have verified via the port setup that SNMP is not enabled.

Pinstripes in solid colour
Hello all,
Im using a versant 80. Seem to be having issue with pinstripes of lighter colour, perhaps white deletions .....(the best way I can describe) in certain areas of solid colour.
Carried out a fuser clean with felt and paper and also cleaned the sensors with wand....
This didnt solve the issues so ran off tints of C M Y K and it was most noticeable in the Black. Decided to change the black drum ( even though it had only used 10%) printed another black tint out and no difference.
Would it be an issue with the dev tank and it needing to be changed?

VersaLink B400 V4 driver wouldn't print a specific font
Hi,
I was trying to print a Word document with two fonts.
When I used the V4 driver, one of the fonts didn't print (instead of the text there was just a white space). The other one printed okay.
When I used the V3 driver, both printed okay.
Please help resolve this issue.

Cannot Print to bypass tray, Docuprint C4350
This printer comes up with Check Bypass when trying to print. Other trays work okay. Printing out Job History and Settings is the same, so is not driver.
The only clue is that on the CenterWare Web interface, cannot set a Tray Priority for the Bypass Tray.
Could the firmware / software be corrupt?

How to turn off Xerox Phaser 3020?
Hello, I recently bought this device and I cannot figure it out how to turn if off, because I rarely need to print something and don't need to be ON 24/7 and consuming power? I tryed with holding power button. but it won't turn off like my previous printers. Any ideas?

Xerox 550/560 Print driver for High Sierra
I've been using the latest mac drivers for EX550/560/570 which is Mac OS 10.11. The print spooler on the Mac client sends back a "out of paper" warning each time it prints even though the paper trays are full except for the bi-pass tray. Is there a way to disable the warning message?

Xerox 3260 Duplexing Separate Copies Together
When printing multiple copies of a single page of a multi-page document, the printer is duplexing the copies together. They should remain single sheets, as they're separate copies. If I manually turn off duplexing, it'll print fine, but I shouldn't have to do that. It shouldn't be duplexing separate copies of a document together. Doesn't do this with single-page documents, even if duplexing is enabled.

Xerox 7800 DN trouble with paper size and warming
Hi! When i strarted printer, he is write, that there is a warming up. And the heating continues indefinitely.
Plus printer doesn't suggest defining paper parameters. He is see, what i put paper into the tray 1 or tray 2, but i can't specify the dimensions, colour and density of paper. In logs have a next troublecode: 389.603.00, 389.601.00, 375.100.00 What does it mean?

Toner dumping in xd125F copier - copies are very light with unfused toner down one side of page
I have a workcenter xd125f that is dumping toner inside machine from the cartridge. It seems to be fusing OK, but copies are very light and it leaves unfused toner down one edge of paper. What should I do?

Xerox 1000i - Adjustment options while printing
Hello, this will be my first question on this forum. We have had a pair of 1000i units in our facility for quite some time. I have noticed that somtimes in the middle of a run I need to adjust something, like registration or which tray to output to. I normally think I have to cancel the job, make the adjustment and restart, but this is cumbersome. What adjustments are available through Fiery or the PCUI while a job is printing on the machine?

Xerox Print Portal App is Crashing on Android 8.0
Hello everyone! I've been using the Xerox Print Portal app on my Note 8 for a while now. It was working just fine when my phone was using Android 7.0. Today that I updated to latest Android 8.0 whenever now I am trying to open the app it is only loading a white blank screen on it's startup and simply closes itself after few seconds. Can anyone please help??

Xerox 6027 very slow PDF printing
Hello,
Xerox 6027 is printing PDFs incredibly slow! It prints a page, thinks for 15 seconds, prints next page and so on. And it behaves like this only for PDFs(not for all PDFs but for most of them). I am running windows 10. I tried a lot of things, different laptops, USB connection, changed drivers, changed Adobe Reader, got best results with:
- Postscript driver(PCL 6 is worse)
- Ticked in Adobe Reader "Let printer determine colors"
- disabled advanced printing features
But still it has 15 seconds delay between printings. Can it be fixed?

Delete Job History on Workcentre 6515
We are moving a WC 6515 from one department to another and I do NOT want the new users to be able to see the filenames of what was printed previously, or even WHO was printing.
I cannot figure out how to delete the job history.
I can't even get it to hide the details, as the options imply is possible.
Any hints?

Help setting up wifi adapter on VersaLink C400
Hi,
Just bought the VersaLink C400 and the seperately sold wifi adapter (497K16750)
I installed the adapter, and I am trying to connect the printer to my wifi network and I am having trouble. Should the printer be displaying all the wifi networks it sees? by me it doesn't display anything, so I choose enter manually, and enter the name of my wifi network, and passport, tries to connect and doesn't succeed.
Am I doing something wrong? I am entering this straight on the printer. I use a mac, can anything be done from the computer?

High-Speed USB 2.0 direct print?

I don't seem to be able to find the definition of the phrase "High-Speed USB 2.0 direct print" as used in the WorkCentre 5865 specification. Does this refer to printing from a USB memory stick or is it referring to printing from a computer directly connected via USB? I'm interested in the latter.

How do I print onto blank Tabs stock on my Xerox C60 with EX rip?
I have a job that a client is now asking for the option to print my section dividers as Tabbed dividers. My plan to run this job was to initially run the guts of the book as 2-up Gang then I'll trim in half for offline finishing.
I know if they do want to go with tabs that I'll have to run the tabs separately and have them inserted manually into the book. How do I set up a page in Indesign (mac) and then print onto Tabs stock?

Phaser 6022 long time to process / print jobs
Hi,
I've just replaced an old phaser printer with a new Phaser 6022.
The problem is that it takes forever to process and print a job. Even a simple windows test page can sit there processing for over a minute.
I have tried both the PS and PCL drivers and also turned both power save modes up to 60 minutes in case its sleeping.
The printer is connected via ethernet and there appear to be no connectivity issues.
Please help as I'm starting to get shouted at hehe.

Printing Problem on Xerox C75
Hello,
We have a Xerox C75 Press and we're using a Fiery server. When we print 9 double sided postcards on a large cardstock, the front will be aligned, but the back side will be pushed off to the side by a bit. When we start cutting the postcards, we notice that the alignment is off. How do we correct this?
I've double checked the file, and nothing is wrong with it. The C75 machine keeps doing this for everything we print, double sided flyers, business cards, etc.

2 questions on our new C8070
We have two paper trays that hold letter size paper 8.5 x 11. Tray 3 and 4. If Tray 3 runs out of paper, the machine does not know to use tray 4... it just says it is out of paper. Is this normal behaviour or do we need to change something to get it to know that. Ideally the machine would not say it is out of 8.5x11 until both drawers are exhausted.
Scanning to email. If a user clicks the mail icon and then scans to email... they have to manually then remove their email address from the 'To:' field or it will still be there the next time another user attempts to scan to email. Is there anyway to have that email remove itself after the email is sent or the app is closed, etc?
