Hello,
Im trying to configure this machine and every time a user print.
e.g. " user is printing a letter size"
" user is printing a legal size"
their print out would go to one paper size only, the only temporary working solution they found is to change printer properties every time they print.
but in other printer that we have like Ricoh - We can print in both tray without changing the printer properties.
In Ricoh I can see the "Input tray" - Auto tray select.
But in XW5865 there is no automatic selection to choose from I tried to use CWIS -> properties -> general setup -> paper management -> tray content and settings. still.
Any help or advice will do please
