When installing a new cleaning cartridge and pressing #9 and the Stop button at the same time and answering Yes to the question "Did you replace the cleaning cartridge?", when looking at the Supplies tab and checking the cleaning cartridge status, the machine does not show that the cleaning cartridge has been replaced. I have to turn the printer completely off and back on before it registers that its been replaced. Turning off and back on is not a step listed on the instructions when changing out the cleaning cartridge. I'm just wondering why my printer must be restarted. Has anyone else with a D125 noticed this or do your machines immediately show a new, 100% cleaning cartridge after chaning and going through the #9 + Stop process?
