Xerox Phaser 6300 display not working, red light, can't reconginse what error

Problems are:
1) Printer display doesn't work. It's common problem for that models. We tried to order new display at local service, they says "we are finding it" and after month they still "searching for it". Probably display and control panels out of production? 

And I'm not sure new display will break at same manner.

2) Black color is not printing. Is it possible to use black powder instead of colored (and make that printer black-and-white only)?
3) After installing new cartringe 6300 is not printing. Display not working, indicator showing red light. 

 

When I push test print at back side of printer, the test paper is printing. So printing mechanisms are working. But documents from computer is not printing. 

 

What can be used to find error istead of display? I was looking for program like Printing Scout, but there is not such program for phaser 6300 and nothing similar to.


Is there any way to recognise what error is, using computer?
