Printing Error 22-319-04

Hello,

 

We have a number of Xerox machines in our enterprise and I am having this issue with only one of them. It is a Xerox Workcentre 7556. We have two 7556's and only this one has the issue. Whenever we print 11x17 PDFs or 11x17 out of photoshop, it fails to print and gives error 22-319-04. I upgraded the firmware on this device because I was told that it was supposed to fix this issue, but it did not. 

 

We are using the exact same driver on the other device and it works just fine on the other device.

Docucolor 252 still having printing problems

I thought my issue with the DocuColor 252 was fixed, but I was wrong.

Copying and scanning is fine, but printing remains an issue. Sometimes it will print on the first try, but most often it takes 4 attempts before it works. I've already tried all of the steps from this last thread:

In the Fiery software, if it's not going to print, the job actually shows the document name and such, but the pages shows "0". The job bypasses the sections above for Printing and Processing and just appear at the bottom in the "Printed" list. When it does print it shows at the top "Processing" and "Printing" sections first and then appears in the bottom "Printed" list with the actual number of pages.

Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.

WorkCentre 7535 can't print color

Hi, just installed Xerox Global Print Driver PCL6 version 5.433.6.0N, and we're unable to print color now. When I go to "Image Options" tab under Printing Preferences, my only option there is "Xerox Black and White Conversion". But whether I have it checked or unchecked, the document still prints black and white. Any suggestions?

Phaser 3320 Manual Feed

I have a problem with the phaser 3320, the users have plain white in the tray but they also require to print on special paper using the manual feed. I have enabled bypass mode on the web page but when they put paper into the manual feed it still only uses the tray, the only way around this at the moment is to remove the tray or empty it. I thought it should detect any paper in the manual feed then use that first??

Gap on top of printed sheets Workcentre 6505N

All of a sudden when I print there is a gap on the top of my sheets about one inch.

It also prints off of the page on the bottom.

 

When I print Landscape mode, it offsets everything to the right about an inch.

eConceirge Supplies Assistant (Mac) - Java issues

I have a strange issue installing an updated version of the Xerox Supplies Assistant on OS X 10.4.4.  Even though I have the latest version of Java the Supplies Assistant installer says to install version 1.7.u75 or higher which is well under version 8 update 51; what I have installed now.  Does anyone know of any issues with the latest version and Java?  We haven't had issues up until this point.

Printing chapters with slip sheets on the J75

I am trying to print a document that is a merge of several files into chapters. The merge was created by selecting the "merge" feature while the document was in the hold qeue in the Command Workstation. I want to slip sheet between chapters. Can someone tell me how to set the media job properties to accomplish this?

Xerox Workcenter 7556 printing issue

I have recently purchased Xerox Workcenter 7556 and can not seem to get it working.

 

I am certain we have the correct driver and things are being sent to the printer but are failing to print.  I have manage to print something off notepad but it i try and print something with an image it says the following:-

 

ERROR:ioerror

OFFENDING COMMAND: image

 

STACK:

 

-dictionary-

 

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Xerox WorkCentre M118 winXP 32 driver problem

Hello. I have 2 PC that are connected to Xerox WorkCentre M118. When i reinstaled winXP on one of them and then installed new Xerox WorkCentre M118 PCL 6 driver it starts to print empty spaces on paper in some places. so now i have on one PC old 33.00 version that work properly and on another 33.02 that do not work.

when i print test pages driver files looks like:

33.00 - xr6carim.dll

33.02 - xr6caeim.dll

where i can find 33.00 version? or how fix this problem? this two PC should be able to operate this printer independetly. i cant use network printer option.

Xerox 5855 prints everything that one computer has printed for the last few days.

For whatever reason, the Workcenter 5855 we have set up as a network printer decides to print EVERYTHING from one person's print queue for the last few days, resulting in us burning through reems of paper. It doesn't seem to have a pattern, it just does it randomly. I've even turned off said computer, restarted the workcenter, and it still prints DAYS worth of things. Any idea?

WC 5325 How to clean the secure job list ?

Our users print in safe mode, they need to put the 4-digit password when printing. The fact is that users will not always up to the printer which causes a queue that can not be clean. I wonder how clean the secure print queue and set a time period for that queue be automatically cleared.

Workcentre 5020/B USB

Hi,

 

I have a Workcentre 5020/B usb machine. I have problem with printing under windows 10 from autocad. Autodesk suggest to install new drivers. I nstalled pcl class driver, but the printer doesn't print. I have tried with global driver but still no luck.

 

Any suggestions?

Xerox 5855 IP address conflict

Hello, for whatever reason  a computer decided to take over the 5855's ip today. After figuring out which computer it was, assigning it a new IP address, and restarting the printer, it still shows as offline on the network. Could somebody assist me?

Phaser 6180DN Windows 10 - Only Printing 1 page of 100

Recently updated the driver due to windows 10 -  trying to print a flyer's, wanting 100 of them all the same.  Only prints 1 then stops, no matter how many requested, no error messages. I  go back and reprint only get 1 -  Printer queue only shows 1 requested, yet I have entering 50, 100 or upping the quantity by using the up widget.

Cleaning test pages

Hello,

 

Our Xerox ColorQube 9303/9302/9301 prints cleaning 3 cleaning test pages/superior printing test pages every morning.

No change was done to the printer lately, but this happens every morning.

 

Did anyone had this same problem before?

Phaser 7800DN will not boot

I have a Xerox Phaser 7800DN that will not boot completely. When I turn it on the screen goes through the EnergySaver logo and then shows firmware version. After 30 seconds a screen saying that the printer is shutting down comes up. After another 30-60 second the printer tries to boot. 

 

I have disconnected from the network and have gone through the proper shutdown process and unplugged the printer and let it sit over night before trying it again.

 

Firmware version: Mon Aug 20 04:01:37 PDT 2012

 

I do realize that I should update the firmware, but I am unable to do that since the printer will not boot.

 

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there,

 

I have a WC7556 that will not fax.  I have reset all software multiple times, ensured that the fax settings are set to "Send and Receive," and have ensure that my phone cable and phone jack are working .....help?!?

Picture Printing 7845 - Incomplete Photos

I have been trying to print multiple color digital photos (2 5x7 or 4 3.5x5) to a WC 7845 and all if get are narrow bands of part of each picture.   I have tried PS and PC6 drivers from both Windows 8 and 10.   Any ideas?
