print size
I have a phaser 3600 printer and a phaser 3610
When printing the same document on both printers, the phaser 3610 prints smaller and with greater margin
The document is the same, with identical print settings and the PCL properties of the printer are also identical.
How can I reduce the margin or enlarge the size of the impression in the phaser 3160?

Printing multiple pages with Mozilla agent Header
Hi all,
Can someone help with this problem, anyone had a similar bug when printing? it's a random situation in 20 printers, happens time to time when we arrive to the printers it as a set of pages like below. The client isn't helping we ask wich software they are printing from when this appens but they keep saying it's a problem from the printer.

Printer wont print from Windows
I can't get my 6510 to print from Windows. It will print the configuration sheet. In windows the printer is recognized, shown as on line. Print troubleshooter sees no problem. Documents appear briefly in the spooler and disappear but nothing prints. I have tried the printer installed on ehternet and USB. It is visable to both, it can be seen in a browser. I have tried PS a PCL drivers but nothing ever prints. I have tried the latest driver nothing? Can anyone tell me the next step to resolve this problem?

Faint Black Print
My Versalink C405 Printer has suddenly started to print black text in a very pale grey. Colours are printing fine. Test pages are exactly the same, ie bright, crisp colours but bery faint black text. I have replaced toner, but no improvement at all. Would appreciate any help.

Job owner unknow on Windows - How do I add usernames?
Our office moved to a new location and we had Xerox professional move our printers, but now when I look at the job history on my color 550 it says the job owner is unknown. If I do a printer test page it shows my username, but the printer is not keeping it in the system. I feel like this should be an easy fix but I'm not finding the solution.

bug - driver update only updates the first printer of each model
Hello,
I'm testing the upgrade of printer drivers from 4.22.2 to 5.4.2, Mojave 10.14.6.
I run the driver installer, and after all the drivers are installed to /Library/Printers/PPDs/Contents/Resources/ the installer looks at my installed printers and updates their drivers, this updated driver is located at /private/etc/cups/ppd/.
However only the first printer (alphabetically) of each type is being updated - the rest still have the old driver.

Error 127-311
I get this error code 127-311 , after I maked an update for my Xerox 700 to Xerox 700i , I used upgrade to version
3.7 ,
If I make a restart to the printer it's work but once I send another printing order it get the same error so I must restart it again ....
Please any solution or any newer version for the xerox 700i software. ??

windows 10 can't print
i have 2 computers with windows 7 and windows 10
from windows 7 i can print normally, but when i try to print from windows 10 workcentre 7328 says
"the selected paper size is not available load the following xerox paper size into the lock
tray: tray3
paper size:A3
press C to cancel job
"
tried to install all type of drivers for windows 10 and windows 7 driver result the same. tried to change settings in all places to print from tray1 and A4 papersize then i have also the same error. from tray 3 it also doesnt print
what should i do?

I entered the correct IP address for the printer. There was no error code indicated. All that resulted was the following character string: usa7061vm1098

continually prints 1 line of wingdings on separate pages until cancelled
When I submit certain print jobs off the internet, it prints hundreds of pages of just one line of wingdings at the top. I have to turn off the machine and reset it; otherwise it just keeps spitting out pages of just a single line of wingdings at the top of the page. I still can print other documents and emails but it is hard to predict which internet documents that will print incorrectly and get caught in this loop. Thank you for your help.

Problems macOS Catalina drivers and WIFI Airport configuration
- The first thing I found was that online drivers (Date: Dec 19, 2019) are not recognized as safe by macOS and are blocked.
- Connected to the printer via Airport these do not recognize the drivers.
- In addition, every time the printer goes into stand-by and I send a print file it is NOT ONLINE therefore you must first start it by hand and then send the print file.
How could I solve or improve these problems?

Color 570 started with random yellow specks on prints to full printer failure with toner everywhere
Basically for the last few thousand clicks, we noticed yellow specks appearing all over the prints. We'd pull out the drum tray and there would be a bit excess of yellow toner. All colors have a little floating around normally but this time there was a lot more yellow. We'd wipe it all down and all would be good for a short while then back to specks.
We replaced the yellow drum and it worked perfect for like 5k clicks...then it came back with a vengeance. After removing the new yellow drum we put in, we noticed that the little sliding door at the end of it where toner comes out (goes to waste container?) was blocked by a completely solid block of yellow/grayish toner. It was literally like a rock that I had to chip away with a screwdriver to get the door to close. We then noticed that toner was piling up inside the printer after we unclogged the door.
However, the little chute that door dumps into is completely blocked up as well. So after fixing the door on the drum, it was able to push out toner freely but it is intead collecting inside the printer on the fuser tray. It's a mess! (pics attached)
The machine is in an open warehouse like environment without any insulation. It gets SUPER cold and SUPER hot in there throughout the seasons. We had a lot of rain the last few weeks. We are thinking maybe the humidity caused the toner to clump up and block everything.
Do you guys think this is something I can fix by cleaning up the clogs and cleaning up the excess toner or should I have a tech come out? We have a lot of big jobs we need to finish and nobody can get out here until late next week :(

Banner page with IPP
Hello,
I am a Gsuite administrator trying to setup cups/ipp printing for my domain. I have been successful in getting it working . The one issue I have is the Altalink B8055 continues to print a banner page on every print job. I would like the banner not to print out. I have gone into the web interface and made sure under apps>>printing>>the banner page is off and the driver can't overrided is off. But when I print from a chromebook. I still get a banner page. Is there a setting somewhere else that I am missing?
