I have the workcentre pro c3545, and it wont print. It displays message saying xerographic error. The fault code is 09.548.00. After te error displayed, I noticed that the black toner was empty. The color toners are still full, but I replaced the black. I resetted the printr by turning it on and of, but still gets the same error. Can anyone please help me with this code. Cant findit anywhere, not even on the code search box.
What does xerographic error means?
