Hello all,
We just got a XEROX WorkCentre 7225 which we really like and everything works great except for one thing. When users print from their computers I want black and white to be the default and for it to prompt them for an ID and password when printing color. I don’t want to be spoon fed the answer here but if someone can point me in the right direction that would be great. Everything I have tried so far has not worked. Thanks for the help.
