BR Booklet Maker support

I am moving a Xerox C70 with A-FN07 finisher (supports stapling, hole punch, booklet) to a new print server provided for me (Windows Server 2016).  The hole punch & booklet options work fine on the old print server, but are not available at print time using the new print server.  The new print server appears to be configured to support the finisher.  On the new server, the Print Management/Printer Properties/Device Settings tab shows "Hole Punch Unit: 2 and 3 Hole Punch Unit" and "Finisher: BR Booklet Maker Finisher".  These exactly match the setup on the old print server.  Also, the General tab/Preferences... button shows Finishing selections that include "2 Hole Punch", "3 Hole Punch", and "Booklet Creation".

After installing the printer on the client by the usual process (Add printer, then select printer from published list), if I right-click on it and look at Printer Properties/Device Settings, it also shows the same correct selections for "Hole Punch Unit: 2 and 3 Hole Punch Unit" and "Finisher: BR Booklet Maker Finisher".  However, when I print from an application such as MS Word, when I select Printer Properties at print time, I no longer get the custom Xerox window (Xerox logo, correct printer illustration) with all the correct finishing options.  Instead I get what appears to be a generic window that includes stapling, but not punching or booklet options.  The Advanced... button also shows only stapling options.

Any suggestions?  Thanks in advance for your help.
