I am not sure if this is the correct forum for this enquiry. If not could someone please direct me to the correct resource.
We recently purchased a Versant with a Fiery DFE. All of our other printers are Freeflow DFE's so we are unfamiliar with the Fiery DFE but are getting used to it. Currently our operators are logging on with the admin account. I would like them to log on with the "operator" account. We were told that you do not require a password to log on using the "operator" account from the drop down list but when we try it requests a password and when we leave it blank it states that the username or password is incorrect. We do not know what the password is for the "Operator" account. Where can I find this information?
