I just installed a brand new WorkCentre 6515 DNi. It has the add-on paper tray for a total of 3 trays (Tray 1, Tray 2, and Bypass). When printing out of various apps, there are no options to select all available paper trays. The print dialogue options box shows only two options:
> Automatically Select
> Bypass Tray
Staff require all 3 trays to be available throughout the day, and to choose on demand which tray to use because the paper will be different in each:
> Tray 1
> Tray 2
> Bypass Tray
The printer itself sees all trays, and successfully prints out of the add-on tray. The 6515 was installed on a Windows-based print server as standard practice, and the latest Global Print Driver was used (XeroxGlobalPrintDriver_7.137.0.0_PCL6_x64). According to Xerox, this is the simplest setup for a business that will have multiple Xerox products. Thanks in advance for the help!
