I am new as a Client Systems Technician at my location. I am trying to setup a Xerox 5945 to hold print jobs until the customer inputs their Common Access Card (CAC) and inputs their CAC pin to release the job. I have found a Xerox 7830 on base that does this and attempted to have the settings setup the exact same. On the 5945, the jobs go to a public queue. When the pin is put in, I get an error saying I don't have access to the public queue. What am I missing? Xerox Tech Support told me it is a permissions issue on my network. I'm not sure where that would be. Any help would be most appreciated!
