my xerox can't print

Hi,

I have a xerox workcenter 5875.

Install this with TCP/IP in local network. It worked without a problem, but has had trouble since last week.

When is send a job for print , my job dose'nt send for device. When I do ping , recive positive answer . In addition it also fails when I print from the machine (USB) . The message indicates that the job has been deleted.

Please help me .
