Trigger offset stack or paper feed with data stream?

Using FFPS & XC1000i or DocuPrint 135 I want to trigger an offset stack or paper feed from a ppml data stream.

I'm printing and mailing bills.

Each recipient gets several bills but not the same amount.

10 bills go to 1 Main St

then 39 bills go to 3 School St

and so on.

Is there a way to define when the address changes and trigger an offset stack or a paper feed?

Possibly by adding a value to the mailing list when the address changes?

Currently when the bills are printed a person has to finger thru the stack to find the address change so they can fulfill the mailing.
