hello every one.
i have machine 7855 work center. i configartion user account by use xerxo stander account. That account control each user need to copy or print by user name and password. also each one have limit. befor one week the HD and controller damge. so i replace by new controller. and i reconfigartion all thing agine. when go tho user databases found import and export excel sheet. but when i did backup to that execl sheet only backup username only.
there is way to do backup allstting on machines user databases on that machine.
