Help please!
I'm having trouble printing a custom size 7" x 11" paper in landscape mode on a Phaser 6280, & I can't figure out what is wrong.
-Running OSX Mavericks, printing in Microsoft Word.
-Haven't used printer in a couple months, landscape printing worked fine prior to hiatus.
-Updated drivers from Xerox website. Problem still persists.
-Prints landscape with standard US letter setting.
I've checked (& rechecked!) print settings in Word and on printer. Nothing has changed since I last used it, except when I print a 7x11 custom size only half is printed, as if the text needs to be rotated.
Any thoughts or insight would be greatly appreciated.
