My second-hand but trusty Phaser 6180 has displays error 117-313 on startup, which I understand is a Controller Communication Error. No panel button has an effect in this "frozen" state. Net searches gave multiple causes for the fault. One suggestion was to reset the machine to factory defaults. I'd like to try that, but cannot figure how to access the System menu, as no single panel button works. Is there a secret combination of buttons that, if pushed, will allow me to access the System menu?
