print as default in black and white; select color when needed on Colorqube 9300 series

Hello,

    Have approximately 30 ColorQubes (9301/9302/9303)  and want to "default" to black and white printing as the primary usage from the print driver.  Also,would allow user to select "color" when needed --  then default back to black and white for next print job.  We run off of a printserver.

How would I accomplish this with the PS or PCL driver?
